Imran Kidd (Chef)
Chef Imran Kidd began his culinary journey more than 20 years ago! Always an artsy kid, he initially studied multimedia and infocomm but soon found that playing with tastes, smells and sights was a far better way to express himself as an artist.
Working his way up from dishwasher to head chef, Chef Imran has worked in restaurants all over the world including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman. As a chef, he doesn’t believe in having a specialty. Instead, he loves to learn the history of different cuisines and use these influences to challenge people’s ideas of eating. His newest venture is A Mano SG (@a_mano_sg), a home-based artisanal pasta project.
