
About the Artists

Isabella Chiam (Creator/Performer)
Isabella Chiam is an actor, puppeteer & theatre-maker based in Singapore.Trained at RADA with a Masters in Theatre, Isabella’s recent acting credits include Four Horse Road (TTP), Beside Ourselves (M1 Fringe), Fantastic Mr Fox (SRT) & SnowQueen (Polka Theatre, UK) and has performed internationally, collaborating in cross-cultural productions across Asia & Europe. Isabella was also twice-nominated and won for ‘Best Ensemble’ at the Life! Theatre Awards, and is a National Arts Council (SG) Arts & Heritage Scholar.
Isabella also has a deep interest in movement, collaborative theatre-making & actor training. She has taught acting & theatre-making at institutions like NAFA & SIT and her most recent works include A Collection of Things (Issy x Cher) and Oddsocks (Five Stones Theatre). Isabella is an Associate Artist with The Theatre Practice, and is a founding member of theatre collective Five Stones Theatre. This is her first solo show.

Han Xuemei (Dramaturg)
Han Xuemei (韩雪梅) is a theatre practitioner based in Singapore. She believes in socially engaged practice, and imagines the arts as an integral ingredient for beauty and hope in society. Her artistic practice involves designing experiences, spaces and conditions for people to exercise their right to be creative, disrupt routines and deconstruct paradigms.
Her recent explorations FLOWERS (2019), The Gift (2018) and MISSING: The City of Lost Things (2018) are multi-disciplinary experiences that engage the audience in deeply visceral and personal ways.
She has been a resident artist with theatre company Drama Box since the end of 2012, and most recently co-curated TBC: Workshopping the Future, part of the Asia Discovers Asia Meeting for Contemporary Performance (ADAM) presented by Taipei Performing Arts Center.

Sandra Tay (Sound Designer)
Sandra Tay. A Singapore–based Theatre Sound Designer and Engineer. Merging digitalized effects with naturalistic foleys, Sandra’s designs are soulful, exploratory with contemporary sensitivity. Some of her design credit includes, “Innamorati 2”(Singapore, 2016 & Beijing, 2017), “I came at last to the Seas”(Huayi Festival, 2018), “Project Utopia”(2019) and “A Dream Under The Southern Bough: Existence” (SIFA, 2021).
