Incorporating two contemporary classics The Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter and The Maids by Jean Genet, The Waterloo Murders sees two Singaporean directors Casey Lim (Checkpoint Theatre) and The Theatre Practice’s Co-Artistic Director Wu Xi joining forces to create a night of thrill, suspense and black humour. Creating a unique and intimate theatre atmosphere, this promenade performance invites the audience to walk right into the story and unravel the mystery of The Waterloo Murders.
