“酷凌行动”——工作坊

我们如何处理日常生活中的大小冲突?面对冲突时,我们又该如何管理我们自己的情绪?

由名誉教授 John O’Toole(澳洲格里菲斯大学)担任项目顾问的“酷凌行动”,利用过程戏剧和论坛剧院等戏剧元素,帮助参与者深入了解冲突的不同阶段。

此工作坊旨在让参与者对冲突有深入的认知和理解,并让学生有能力处理在学校遇到的冲突。活动能够培养参与者的对人事物的觉察、对自我和他人的意识,更能藉此增强团队凝聚力。提供一个具安全感,并能实际运用在与同学互动中的有利环境。
