What other PURRfect place to make than at Practice Tuckshop — advocates for food waste!
An acronym of Play, Upcycle, Reuse, Recraft & Make, the first three months of PURRM Salon will focus on upcycling glass waste into food & homewares using cold glass and stained glass techniques.
An experimental arm of Ferry's Making/Upcycling practice, Dying Trades– she was inspired by the bamboo craftsmen of Bali (Bamboo Creative Bali) and B.Jane Cowie's hot glass waste practice at RedfindSG. Not forgetting her stained glass guru at Genesis Stained Glass, she hopes to bring awareness to material waste as well as expand into skills-based workshops to empower others to Upcycle, Recraft & Make — all through Play!
